Ordering

  • What are your Payment Options?
    We accept the following payment option: PayPal. For local free deliveries, we accept cash, check or paypal.
  • Can I add onto an existing order?
    We will be happy to add additional favor sets to your order if the order has not been
    packaged for shipping. If the products have been packaged for shipping, simply place
    a new order.
  • Can I cancel my order?
    We are unable to guarantee that we will be able to cancel your order. You may contact
    us and we will do our best to accommodate you. For orders that have been shipped,
    you will be charged.
  • Do products come assembled?
    All favor sets come pre-assembled.
  • How long will my order take?
    Our favor sets take approximately 3-5 business days for processing and packaging.
    This does not include your shipping time.
  • What if I have questions about a product?
    We will be glad to assist you with any product questions. Please contact us with your
    question and we will make every effort to respond with the information as quickly as
    possible. Please provide the product name and your specific question.
  • Do you charge sales tax?
    If you live in or ship to Virginia, we are required to charge local sales tax, currently 5%.

Returns and Exchanges

  • What is your refund and exchange policy?
    We are confident that you will be happy with the quality of our products. However,
    if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return the products to
    us for a refund. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to obtain a return authorization number. We will not accept any returns without a return
    authorization number. Once the returned merchandise has been received, we will
    refund your payment less any shipping and/or PayPal refund charges (shipping
    charges are non-refundable).

    Please send products back in their original form and packaging. Returned merchandise
    must be received within 14 days from the date the return authorization was issued.
    We reserve the right to reject any returns and exchanges that do not meet these conditions.
  • What do I do with damaged, defective or missing products?
    All claims for damaged, defective or missing product(s) must be filed with Party Bag
    Creations within 3 business days of receiving your order. Please call us at
    703-628-3863 to initiate a claim.

    Party Bag Creations is not responsible for missing packages and damaged products
    resulting from errors made by the shipping carrier. However we will be happy to assist
    you in filing a claim with the appropriate party. Please keep all products in their original
    packaging until the claim is settled.
